DJ Package

We provide a DJ service that allows you to pick which package will best fit your event and style as well as how involved you would like the DJ at the anniversary party to get your guest excited and dancing. We specialize in all genres of music. You can provide us a list of requested songs head of time as well as we will take song requests from your guest during the event.

Karaoke Package

Sure, your guests will have a great time dancing the night away but why not add a twist between songs with our karaoke package. Your guests, children or adults, will have a blast testing out their vocal skills singing along to their choice of over 29,000 different songs in our Karaoke library. We will provide the TV monitor, so you can see the lyrics and the microphones. WE will even have music books for you and your guests to pick your favorite song to sing. *Additional fees apply when added to one of the DJ packages.

Event Planning Service and Package Pricing

If you're not sure where to start as far as planning the anniversary party and you need help with all the planning or you may just need a list of recommended vendors or you have done all the research and planning you just want someone to coordinate the vendors and flow the day of the anniversary party we have an Event Planner that can help you.

Day of Coordination
Ideal package for:

  • Client who wants to plan their event from beginning to end and would like an onsite coordinator for the event day (for weddings rehearsal included)
  • Client who wants to oversee all details and logistics with all vendors and would like coordinator there to make sure schedule and plans are adhered to or makes changes as needed throughout the day


Includes:
  • Emailed pre-planned questionnaires to prompt the client to send necessary information to effectively prepare for the event day coordination
  • (2) pre-planning meetings (or calls) up to 1.5 hours each to discuss event plans and details
  • (Weddings) event coordinator for up to 1.5 hours to coordinate the ceremony rehearsal
  • Event coordinator for up to (8) hours during the event day to ensure all vendors are in place as scheduled, coordinate and ensure all setups are going as planned and assist with adjustments that need to be made for any unscheduled changes.

Limited Planning
Ideal package for:
  • Client who wants to contact and contract their own vendors
  • Client who have made most of the event day decisions but wants to hand off the responsibility of bringing it all together to someone else
  • Client who wants to enjoy the event and not be responsible as the contact for all vendors, guests, etc. who may have questions before or on the day of the events
  • (Wedding) Bride who does not yet have a wedding planner and wants one to ensure all details of wedding have been planned for and proper etiquette is being followed


Includes:
  • Consultation with planner to include vendor recommendations if needed
  • Client working with event planner (3) months before the event, if applicable, to determine what needs to be planned and coordinated and assigning tasks between client and planner
  • Hand off event plans and activities to the event planner 1 month prior to event day
  • Hand off communication with all vendors to the event planner so that the event planner is the primary contact for all vendors one month prior to event day
  • Set up and coordination of day/time before event day for all vendors to meet at the event venues for a full walk-through, if necessary
  • Detailed event day schedules for vendors and need-to-know personnel
  • Event planner and assistant (if needed) for up to 8 hours on the event day

  • Client who would like for an outside party to communicate with the personnel involved with the event, track RSVPs, handle guest correspondence and/or travel accommodations for guests, communicate with certain vendors
