Your package includes the following services:
- Coordination beginning 4 weeks prior
- Three Consultations
- An initial 2-hr meeting to discuss details of your event
- A venue walk-through to go over the floorplan
- A meeting 1 week prior to the event to finalize details.
- Weddings: Coordination of rehearsal (Does not include rehearsal dinner)
- Unlimited Contact: Call, text, or email anytime to get venue information and vendor suggestions. We love to know how plans are coming along and are happy to offer advice along the way.
- Detailed day-of timeline with consideration of your vendor selections
- Detailed layout to include rental items. We will create a floorplan of your entire event space and ensure on the day of, everything will be put right where you like it under the guidance of the coordinator.
- Complete event management and day of execution for up to 12 hours.
- Vendor management and verification: We contact all vendors to verify time of load-in/setup/teardown/load-out, confirm orders, give directions, forward timeline, and layout, and share venue guidelines for vendors approximately 1 week before event. We greet vendors and are their point of contact the day of your event.
- Oversee event setup on the day-of: Whether it’s your friends and family, or staffers setting up, we will oversee the correct placement of all rental items based on your detailed layout and assist with the styling of key event elements, this is key in having your vision come to life!
- Wedding: Coordinate all event activities: The coordinator will line up the wedding party, cue the DJ, pin on the boutonnieres, hand out corsages, make sure the rings are in the right hands, consult with the officiant, and assist with personal vows. We will coordinate everyone to make sure the ceremony flows smoothly and effortlessly.
- Wedding: Assist with bridal party and family for photographs: The coordinator will assist the photographer in organizing everyone for photos pre or post ceremony.
- Wedding: Coordinate all reception activities – The coordinator will ensure events follow the timeline. They will coordinate all planned activities in conjunction with the DJ and the photographer for the first dance, any family dances, toasts, bouquet toss, garter, cake cutting, and grand exit.
- Placement of valuables into designated vehicles: Gifts, cake top, cake servers, sign in book, and other valuable items will be placed in designated boxes and put in designated vehicle for safe transport home.
- Distribute final payments & gratuities to vendors: At the client’s discretion, day-of payments and tips for vendors can be placed in individually sealed and labeled envelopes for the coordinator to disperse to vendor

If I wanted to change something in the wedding script he did it right away and emailed the script just a few hours later. He will make change after change if You ask him to. Not only did he officiate the wedding but he takes care of the marriage license and everything. All I had to do was go pick up my license from the courthouse a week before the wedding, give it to him during rehearsal, and he finalizes everything else for you. Would recommend 1000 times. I was not the most organized bride, and personal issues ended up making my wedding a little…dramatic. But they never missed a beat. The photo booth, DJ, and videographer were phenomenal. But Adrianne was invaluable. She showed up early and took care of everything. I didn’t worry about a single thing on my wedding day. It was literally the most carefree and beautiful day of my life, because she took care of ALL of the tiny details for me. I was able to enjoy my big day so much more because she jumped in and kept everything SO ORGANIZED. All of the problems happening in the background didn’t ever make their way to me. It was without a doubt the BEST day of my life. All of my guests even said “who were the people in the blue shirts? They were so organized and working like crazy!

These guys did a great job at our wedding! Top notch service for a great price. There was lots of communication from the photographer and the DJ before and after the wedding . We had several meetings to ensure we were all on the same page and the music was what we wanted. Once they got to our venue they were energetic and excited (they tried to get the crowd to dance but my guests were being so lame! haha) . The turnover time for the photos was very short and I was able to have them two weeks after the event. I could not have been any happier with my experience and Adrienne did a great job making sure we were taken care of . They also sent us a very sweet gift after the wedding that really was the cherry on top of everything. Thank yall so much for making our big day so special!
